Dear Readers,
Where can you find cars in trees, a Wyoming wedding, bicycles, art song, and a poetry section we think you won’t want to miss a page of, from Rick Barot’s” Child Holding Potato” to Robert Wrigley’s “Stop and Listen”?
We invite you to visit our hot-off-the-press Issue 17, where you can listen to the results of this year’s art song contest: Katie Peterson’s “The Accounts” was selected in our contest and set by composer Luke Gullickson. Our three art song contest finalists, Sean Hill, Ishion Hutchinson, and Hyejung Kook all also have poems published in the issue, along with Steven Cramer, Alex Dimitrov, Norman Dubie, Chloe Honum, Eliza Johnson, Sandra Lim, and Stefanie Wortman.
Our fiction section continues to grow, with stories from Amit Majmudar, Nina McConigley, and Holly M. Wendt.
If you’d like more regular updates about events, new blog posts, and other Memorious news and musings, please “like” us on Facebook and/or follow us on Twitter.
We hope you enjoy the issue, and that you’ll let us know if you do.
All Best,
The Editors
